How to collect feedback from your club members

Give your club members a voice.
Create a club branded feedback form, including question types such as text input or multiple choice. Then share a unique link to allow anyone with the link to fill it out anonymously or invite selected members to provide feedback.
Navigate to the feedback page and click the create form button to get started.
Add the title for your feedback collection form, like 'Players MVP votes' or 'Feedback on pre-season training'. Optionally add a description or instructions that will be shown before the form.
Lastly select whether this form should allow anonymous responses, which will allow everyone with the unique link to complete it or a close feedback, where only invited respondents can answer and responses are recorded against their details.
If allow anonymous responses is selected you can still invite and have trackable responses from your members.
