Select your recipients

On all communication pages, there is a consistent experience of selecting who will receive your message.


You can bulk select:

- All Coaches and Admin users in the club

- All Players in the club


You can also select individual teams or non-selected player fields, like 'Available players', and your message will be sent to players currently selected in those teams.

Or select individual players or coaches, like if you want some people from outside the team to see the message or only send it to a subset of players.

Alternatively, you can use the 'All players' selection to select everyone and remove selections, such as players out for the season.

Create your email

Your email is using your clubs branding, that has been set in 'Settings', go there to update the theme of your email.


There are blocks of content, including some pre-added content sections like a header, paragraph and button. 


Use the mouse to select where content blocks should go and add new blocks with the '+' button. Some of the options include adding images or even using AI to craft a message or update your existing copy.

Attachments

You can also add attachments that will be delivered with your email, this is great for send a PDF or other files to your team.


Simply attach the items you want to send and upload them from your computer to attach them to the email.

Email Templates

Have an email you send regularly, like a welcome to the club; here are some important dates and links...


You can create a template before you send the email, and you can start with the next time you want to send an email. Email templates will save the subject line, the content in the current email and the current attachments.


Note: Email templates are only available to paid subscribers.

Schedule emails

Do you want an email sent at a set time? No worries—simply 'Schedule' it by selecting a date and time to send it.


The scheduled time defaults to the start of the next hour but can be scheduled to deliver at any time.

Note: Scheduled messages can be deleted before they are sent and will appear above the compose notification section to prevent another user from sending the same message.
