Collect Availability

Want to know who is coming to training and game day. Start a new availability collection to find out.

Availability collection is only available to players, so the select recipients are similar to other sections, however, it only contains players.

You can bulk select:

- All Players in the club

You can also select individual teams or non-selected player fields, like 'Available players', and your message will be sent to players currently selected in those teams.

Or select individual players, like if you want some people from outside the team to see the message or only send it to a subset of players.

Alternatively, you can use the 'All players' selection to select everyone and remove selections, such as players out for the season.

Add a title to your collection, which will be used for reference throughout the site and in the notification title and email subject line.

You then add the events that you want players to confirm their availability for. These events can be anything and will show on the page for the players to confirm.

Also once you collect the first availability, it will allow you to collect the same events with one click on the next collection. Great if you have recurring events like weekly training sessions and games.

Want a notification sent at a set time? No worries—simply 'Schedule' it by selecting a date and time to send it.

The scheduled time defaults to the start of the next hour but can be scheduled to deliver at any time.

Players will receive an email and push notification (if using the app) with a unique link to confirm their availabilities by selecting one option for each event you entered. 

Player respond via unique links on the website and no login is required.

See the players responses for each event, come onto the page in real-time. 

You can filter availabilities by the selected teams or view them on the current 'Manage Selections' page. to easily see from your selections who will and won't be at training or games.

You can also change the overlay from the 'Manage Selections' page using the 'Availability Filter'
