Getting started with the Teamlists App

With the Teamlists app, players (and coaches) can get free, personalised, instant push notifications.

How to get your club on the app

Whenever you send a notification or collect availability from your members, we will add a small section after your message and before the footer with the details and links to get started on the app.


Note: This section with a registration token is only added before we register that member has a device connected.


Anyone who receives notifications (initially via email) will have all of the details they require to get started including links to download and install the app store for their device:

Once the member has a registration token and has the app installed: they can follow the sets below.

1) Open the app and navigate to 'Manage Connections', then copy and paste their registration token from their notification.

2) Once the token is verified, the device is connected; no password or login is required. You will then see the previously received communications from this club on your screen, including copies of any emails and SMS sent via the platform.

4) Players can now respond to availability requests within minutes. By clicking the notification and opening the link directly in the app or reading the message that has been sent via the platform.

Managing your connections

You can connect multiple devices (both parents for youth sports, for example) using the same registration token, and your device can be connected to numerous clubs with multiple registration tokens.


Add or remove club connections via the 'Manage Connections' screen.
