How to Add Teamlists to Your Safe Sender List

If you're not receiving emails from Teamlists, they may be going to your spam or junk folder. All emails sent from the platform will be from the same email address, regardless of which coach sends them. If you click reply to an email it will deliver to the coaches email address and not the Teamlists address.
Please follow the steps below to add [email protected] to your safe sender list to ensure you never miss an update from your club.
Gmail
Open Gmail and go to your inbox.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select See all settings.
Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
Click Create a new filter.
In the "From" field, enter: [email protected]
Click Create filter.
Check Never send it to Spam and click Create filter again.
Open Outlook and click the gear icon in the top-right.
Select View all Outlook settings.
Navigate to Mail > Junk email.
Under "Safe senders and domains," click Add.
Type teamlists.info and press Enter.
Click Save.
Open Yahoo Mail and go to Settings (gear icon).
Click More settings.
Select Filters from the left menu.
Click Add new filter.
Name the filter (e.g., "Teamlists Emails").
In the "From" field, enter: [email protected].
Choose Inbox as the destination folder.
Click Save.
Go to iCloud Mail at icloud.com.
Click the gear icon and select Preferences.
Go to the Rules tab and click Add a Rule.
In "If a message is from," enter [email protected].
Under "Then," select Move to Inbox.
Click Done.
Open AOL Mail and go to Settings (gear icon).
Click Spam Settings.
Under "Safe Senders," click Add.
Enter [email protected] and click Save.
Check your Spam or Junk folder and mark any Teamlists emails as "Not Spam."
Add [email protected] as a contact in your email account.
